In 2022 as a celebration of Medilink’s 25th anniversary and as part of their commitment to the Health sector across the South West of England, we will come together to create a celebration that reflects the strength in depth of the sector across the South West and showcases the very best of collaboration between industry, academia and the NHS.
This event is being held in partnership with the Health Tech Hub and the South West of England Academic Health Science Network.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
Hassan Chaudhury
Digital Health Specialist | Healthcare UK, Department for International Trade
Hassan leads on Digital Health for Healthcare UK a joint initiative of the Department of Health & Social Care, NHS England and The Department for International Trade (DIT). His role is to curate the UK HealthTech offer and communicate it to buyers across the world by building relationships with Governments, insurers, major tech and life science firms, academics and healthcare providers. He also supports the best global innovations to set up, invest and scale in the UK.
He is one of the founders of TECH4CV19 – a community of change-makers which acts as a matchmaker between buyers and innovators in UK HealthTech.
His background is in health and social care, specifically in frontline social work, informatics, NHS commissioning and public health. Prior to joining Healthcare UK, Hassan was a co-founder, Chief Commercial Officer and CIO of Health iQ, an award-winning real world evidence agency based in London’s Tech City, until its acquisition. He contributes to both the World Healthcare Journal and Pharmafield, is a Committee Member of the PM Society, part of #kit4carers and also holds an Honorary Research post at Imperial College London. In 2019, the Financial Times and Inclusive Boards recognised him as one of the Top 100 most influential BAME leaders in UK tech.
